Qualitative Antibodies to Tocilizumab (Actemra®) ELISA Kit

A qualitative ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the qualitative analysis of antibodies to tocilizumab (Actemra®) in serum and plasma samples. It is optimised with Actemra® and uses a colorimetric, solid-phase enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay based on the sandwich principle. Controls and samples are incubated in a microtiter plate coated with tocilizumab. After washing, an HRP-conjugated probe is added and binds to the tocilizumab antibodies captured in the wells. Following further washing, bound enzymatic activity is detected by adding chromogen-substrate, and the reaction is terminated with an acidic stop solution. The colour developed is proportional to the amount of tocilizumab antibodies in the sample or controls, and results can be evaluated using a cut-off value. The stated shelf life is “1 year”.
