Pyroptosis ELISA Sampler Kit

The Assay Genie Pyroptosis ELISA Sampler Kit consolidates five quantitative immunoassays into a single 5 x 48 well microplate bundle, allowing researchers to profile multiple inflammasome- and pyroptosis-related analytes from one set of human specimens in parallel. Targets covered in this sampler typically include gasdermin D pathway effectors, executioner caspases, and pro-inflammatory cytokines released through gasdermin pores during lytic cell death, supporting pathway-level interpretation of canonical NLRP3, AIM2, and non-canonical inflammasome activation in disease-relevant samples.

Each individual plate is processed with a 50 uL sample volume per well using human-specific capture antibodies and an absorbance-based readout, with reagents supplied pre-coated and ready-to-use. The pack is suited for in vitro profiling of inflammatory disease models, infectious triggers of programmed cell death, and pharmacological screens of pyroptosis inhibitors. Plates and lyophilized standards are shipped on cold packs and stored at 4 °C until first use; reconstituted standards should be kept refrigerated between runs and protected from light, and repeated freeze-thaw cycles should be avoided to preserve calibration integrity across the full panel.
