Pyridinoline (PYD) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's Pyridinoline (PYD) ELISA Kit is a competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay intended for the quantitative detection of pyridinoline, a biomarker associated with bone resorption and collagen degradation. The kit uses a colorimetric readout and provides a stated detection range of 6.25-400 nmol/L. The kit is supplied with the components required to run the protocol, including microplate strips, lyophilised standard, sample and assay diluents, detection reagents A and B, wash buffer, substrate, stop solution and plate sealers, with storage conditions specified per component. Required equipment not supplied includes a microplate reader with a 450 nm filter, multichannel and standard pipettes, microcentrifuge tubes, an incubator and deionised or distilled water.
