Porcine Trypsin (TRY) ELISA Kit

This Assay Genie kit enables quantitative measurement of trypsin, a serine protease secreted by the pancreas as the inactive zymogen trypsinogen. Porcine trypsin shares high sequence homology with the human enzyme, making this assay useful as a reference standard in digestive and pancreatic-function research, including studies of pancreatic insufficiency, cystic fibrosis, and intestinal inflammation. The microplate is pre-coated with a capture antibody specific for the porcine protein, and unused strips should be kept in the sealed foil pouch with desiccant to preserve antibody binding activity. Each kit ships with sufficient reagents for the full plate layout, a vial of recombinant standard, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, substrate solution, and stop reagent. Allow all kit components to reach room temperature before use, and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles of the standard vial.
