Porcine Troponin I Type 3, Cardiac (TNNI3) ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie Porcine TNNI3 ELISA Kit enables quantitative measurement of cardiac troponin I in pig-derived samples, supporting cardiovascular research, myocardial injury models, and translational studies that exploit the anatomical similarity between porcine and human hearts.

Using a two-antibody immunoassay format with a chromogenic readout, the kit works with research specimens including blood-derived serum, plasma fractions, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and cell culture supernatants. Capture and detection antibodies are calibrated against the porcine cardiac isoform, helping researchers distinguish cardiac TNNI3 from skeletal troponin variants in infarct, ischemia-reperfusion, and heart failure studies.

Each kit contains a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standards, detection antibody, substrate solution, and wash buffer sufficient for a full plate of determinations.
