Porcine Transforming growth factor beta-1 (TGFB1) ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie for the quantitative measurement of transforming growth factor beta-1 (TGFB1) in porcine samples. The assay is intended for use with serum and plasma, and is also applicable to tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids. Both natural and recombinant pig transforming growth factor beta-1 proprotein are recognised.

The assay has a reported detection range of 15.6-1000pg/mL and a sensitivity of 4.2pg/mL. Linearity has been evaluated across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma (n=5). Intra-assay CV, inter-assay CV and recovery data are provided with the kit.
