Porcine Tissue Factor (TF) ELISA Kit

Tissue Factor (TF), also designated CD142 or coagulation factor III, is a 47 kDa transmembrane glycoprotein that serves as the primary initiator of the extrinsic blood coagulation cascade. This Assay Genie kit is configured for quantitative measurement of porcine TF in plasma using an in vitro immunoassay workflow intended for research use only.

Supplied with a 96-assay capacity, the kit includes pre-coated microplate wells, capture and detection reagents, standard diluents, wash buffer, and substrate sufficient to generate a calibration curve across the plate. The microplate format accommodates standards, positive controls, and study samples in parallel runs.
