Porcine TGFB1/TGF-beta 1 ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Assay Genie, this sandwich ELISA, double antibody assay is designed to quantify Transforming Growth Factor Beta 1 (TGF-β1) in porcine samples. Reactive with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, the Porcine TGFB1/TGF-beta 1 ELISA Kit has a reported sensitivity of 18.75 pg/mL and a standard range of 31.25-2000 pg/mL. It supports research into TGF-β1's roles in cell growth, differentiation, and immune regulation, and conditions such as fibrosis, cancer, and autoimmune disorders.

The assay procedure includes equilibrating reagents and TMB substrate to room temperature, loading standards, samples and blanks on the pre-coated plate and incubating at 37°C for 90 minutes, adding biotin-labeled detection antibody for 60 minutes, then HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) for 30 minutes, developing colour with TMB substrate in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and reading absorbance at 450 nm after adding stop solution. Validated recovery is 86-101% (average 93%) for serum, 88-100% (average 93%) for EDTA plasma, and 86-99% (average 94%) for heparin plasma. The kit is stored at 2-8°C for 12 months and includes a dismountable ELISA microplate, lyophilized standard, biotin-labeled antibody, HRP-Streptavidin conjugate, TMB substrate, sample dilution buffer, antibody dilution buffer, SABC dilution buffer, stop solution, wash buffer, preprocess agents A and B, plate sealer, and a technical manual.
