Porcine TGF alpha PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS1598)

Porcine TGF alpha (Transforming Growth Factor alpha) is a 50-amino-acid EGF-family mitogenic peptide that signals through the EGFR pathway and is quantified by this assay. The immunoassay from Assay Genie uses anti-porcine TGF alpha antibodies pre-immobilised on a microplate to capture the analyte from cell culture supernatant, plasma, or serum samples, with a biotinylated detection antibody and streptavidin-HRP for colorimetric readout. The supplied lyophilised standard is reconstituted with 1 mL of sample diluent before serial dilution. Unopened kit components should be kept refrigerated; the reconstituted standard and working detection antibody should be frozen at -20 degrees C for longer-term storage and protected from light.
