Porcine S100A6 ELISA Kit

Assay Genie supplies a Porcine S100A6 ELISA Kit built on a sandwich ELISA, double-antibody detection platform for the quantitative measurement of S100A6 in porcine samples. Validation data cover linearity at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions (n=5) and recovery. Linearity ranges were serum 87–97% / 85–102% / 88–105%, EDTA plasma 83–100% / 87–97% / 86–101%, and heparin plasma 83–100% / 82–100% / 80–95%. Incubation steps include 90 minutes at 37°C for primary binding, 60 minutes for the detection antibody, 30 minutes for HRP-Streptavidin, and 10–20 minutes of color development in the dark.
