Porcine Protein S100-A10 (S100A10) ELISA Kit

The kit detects natural and recombinant pig Protein S100-A10 with a detection range of 78-5000pg/mL and a sensitivity of 36pg/mL. Validated sample types include serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. Porcine S100A10 has a molecular weight of 11,075 Da and forms a heterotetramer of two S100A10/p11 light chains and two ANXA2/p36 heavy chains; by inducing ANXA2/p36 dimerization, the protein may act as a regulator of protein phosphorylation. The kit is relevant to cardiovascular research.
