Porcine Prostaglandin-H2 D-isomerase (PTGDS) ELISA Kit

PTGDS (Prostaglandin-H2 D-isomerase), also called lipocalin-type prostaglandin D synthase, catalyzes the isomerization of prostaglandin H2 to prostaglandin D2 and is widely studied in inflammation, neurobiology, and reproductive biology research. This porcine-specific assay from Assay Genie uses a sandwich ELISA format with a colorimetric readout, providing quantitative measurement of PTGDS in serum and plasma samples across a standard 96-well microplate.

The kit includes pre-coated wells, detection antibodies, buffers, and recombinant standards required to generate a calibration curve, and is intended for research use only in vitro.
