Porcine Plasminogen Activator, Tissue (tPA) ELISA Kit

An in vitro quantitative immunoassay from Assay Genie calibrated to measure tissue plasminogen activator (tPA) in porcine samples. The plate-based two-antibody format pairs a capture antibody specific to porcine tPA with a conjugated detection antibody, producing a colorimetric signal proportional to antigen concentration in each well. The assay is widely applied in studies of fibrinolysis, thrombosis, vascular biology, and translational swine models where quantification of tPA supports research on fibrinolytic activity.

Reactivity is validated for porcine tPA, supporting its use as a species-specific tool in pig studies. Each kit includes a precoated microplate and lyophilized reagents sufficient for 96 determinations, accommodating medium-throughput screening of experimental cohorts. Reconstituted standards and prepared samples should be refrigerated between incubation steps, and the kit is labeled for research use only.

The protocol follows a conventional incubation, wash, and substrate development workflow compatible with standard microplate readers.
