Porcine Osteoprotegerin (OPG) ELISA Kit

This porcine OPG immunoassay kit from Assay Genie is built around a colorimetric readout format and ships as a complete reagent set sufficient for 96 individual assays. Osteoprotegerin is a soluble decoy receptor belonging to the TNF receptor superfamily; it sequesters RANKL and thereby dampens osteoclast differentiation, linking it to bone resorption research, vascular calcification studies, and metabolic disorder work in swine models.

Reconstituted standards and a biotinylated detection antibody are supplied in sealed vials, along with streptavidin-HRP conjugate and wash buffer concentrates adequate for the full plate run.
