Porcine MMP 9 ELISA Kit

Designed by Assay Genie for the precise measurement of matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9, also known as gelatinase B) in porcine samples, this sandwich ELISA kit uses a double antibody format. It accepts a broad range of sample types, including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, supporting diverse research applications spanning extracellular matrix remodeling, tissue repair, cell migration, and investigations of inflammation, cancer metastasis, and cardiovascular diseases.

The colorimetric assay delivers a sensitivity of 0.469 ng/mL with a range of 0.781-50 ng/mL, with absorbance read at 450 nm. The kit is suitable for high-throughput screening and is intended for storage at 2-8°C, where it remains stable for 12 months.
