Porcine mmp 2 ELISA Kit

Designed for the quantitative measurement of matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2) levels in porcine samples, this Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie uses a double-antibody format with colorimetric detection. It accepts serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, and is suited to research investigating extracellular matrix breakdown, tissue remodeling, wound healing, and cancer progression.

Reported assay performance includes a sensitivity of 0.469 ng/mL and a measuring range of 0.781-50 ng/mL. Linearity for serum (n = 5) is 85-99% at 1:2, 86-95% at 1:4 and 81-98% at 1:8; EDTA plasma (n = 5) is 85-105%, 82-100% and 82-95% across the same dilutions; heparin plasma (n = 5) is 87-100%, 82-100% and 80-99%. Spike-recovery averages are 94% for serum, 96% for EDTA plasma and 96% for heparin plasma. The kit is stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.
