Porcine LIF/Leukemia inhibitory factor ELISA Kit

Assay Genie provides a sandwich ELISA kit built on a double-antibody format with colorimetric detection for the quantitative measurement of porcine Leukemia Inhibitory Factor (LIF) in research samples. The assay accepts serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, and is suited to studies of LIF in cell growth, differentiation, embryonic development, immune response, and tissue regeneration.

Linearity in serum (n=5) is 85-97% at 1:2, 83-101% at 1:4, and 82-100% at 1:8; EDTA plasma (n=5) is 88-102%, 83-100%, and 81-95%; heparin plasma (n=5) is 95-104%, 83-96%, and 80-100%. Recovery ranges from 87-103% (average 94%) in serum, 97-101% (average 99%) in EDTA plasma, and 86-105% (average 93%) in heparin plasma. The kit is stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.
