Porcine Leukemia Inhibitory Factor (LIF) ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie Porcine LIF ELISA Kit applies a sandwich immunoassay architecture on a pre-coated 96-well microplate to quantify Leukemia Inhibitory Factor (LIF) in porcine serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids. Because LIF is a pleiotropic cytokine involved in porcine endometrial signalling, blastocyst implantation, and inflammatory cascades, reproducible quantification is valuable for swine reproductive biology, developmental research, and immunology workflows.

The standard curve covers a detection range of 15.6 to 1000 pg/mL with sensitivity below 9.4 pg/mL, and uses approximately 100 µL of sample per well. Reconstituted standards should be aliquoted and stored frozen, with the remaining kit components kept refrigerated at 2 to 8 °C between uses; the protocol is intended for research use only and is supplied for in vitro measurement.
