Porcine Interleukin 5 (IL-5) ELISA Kit

Interleukin 5 (IL-5) is a Th2 cytokine central to eosinophil differentiation, B-cell class switching, and mucosal immunity in swine. This Assay Genie sandwich ELISA enables quantitative measurement of porcine IL-5 across serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and cell culture supernatants.

The colorimetric assay provides a standard curve range of 15.6 to 1000 pg/mL with a sensitivity below 5 pg/mL, requiring only 50 µL of sample per well. Reagents should be stored at 2-8 degrees C to preserve stability through the kit's shelf life.
