Porcine Interleukin 4 (IL-4) ELISA Kit

The kit is built on a sandwich immunoassay with colorimetric detection read at 450 nm, supplied as a 96-well microplate with pre-coated capture antibody, lyophilized recombinant IL-4 standards, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, concentrated wash buffer, TMB substrate, and stop solution. It is validated for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and cell culture supernatants, with a detection range of 15.6 to 1000 pg/mL, a sensitivity below 5 pg/mL, intra-assay CV under 10%, inter-assay CV under 12%, and a recommended sample volume of 100 uL per well. Reconstituted standards and aliquoted samples are stored at -20 °C or below to limit freeze-thaw cycles, while working reagents are kept refrigerated; all components should be brought to room temperature before use.
