Porcine Interleukin 17 (IL-17) ELISA Kit

This Assay Genie sandwich immunoassay quantitatively measures porcine IL-17 (also known as IL-17A) across multiple sample matrices including serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and cell culture supernatants. The assay employs a pre-coated microplate with a porcine-specific capture antibody, paired with a biotinylated detection antibody and streptavidin-HRP for chromogenic readout.

The standard curve spans a detection range of 15.6 to 1000 pg/mL, with a sensitivity below 7.8 pg/mL. The recommended sample volume is 100 uL per well, and the full protocol completes in roughly 3.5 hours.
