Porcine Interleukin 1 Alpha (IL-1a) ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie Porcine Interleukin 1 Alpha (IL-1α) ELISA Kit quantifies native and recombinant porcine IL-1α using a pre-coated microplate sandwich format with TMB substrate development. Quantitative performance specifications include a detection range of 15.6 to 1000 pg/mL, an analytical sensitivity below 5 pg/mL, and a 100 µL sample volume per well.

Reproducibility is supported by intra-assay CV ≤ 10% and inter-assay CV ≤ 12%. Unopened kits should be stored at 2-8 °C; reconstituted standards and biotinylated detection antibody require storage at -20 °C with limited freeze-thaw cycles. All reagents ship ready-to-use or as concentrated dilutions with a complete assay buffer pack, for research use only.
