Porcine IL-6 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS1589)

The Porcine IL-6 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit from Assay Genie provides quantitative measurement of interleukin-6 (IL-6), a pleiotropic cytokine that drives acute-phase and inflammatory signaling in swine.

The assay uses a species-specific capture antibody pair with no significant cross-reactivity with related porcine cytokines. Standard curve range is 31.25 to 2000 pg/mL, sensitivity less than 9.375 pg/mL, and 100 uL sample volume is required per well.

Each kit contains a pre-coated 96-well microplate, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, recombinant porcine IL-6 standards, wash buffer, and TMB substrate. Unopened reagents are stored refrigerated at 2 to 8 degrees C; reconstituted standards should be frozen below -20 degrees C and protected from light. For research use only.
