Porcine IL-4 DIY ELISA Kit

The Porcine IL-4 DIY ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is a flexible two-antibody immunoassay for quantifying interleukin-4 in swine research samples. The DIY format allows researchers to coat their own well plates with the supplied capture antibody, offering adaptability for custom assay scales and workflows.

The kit provides capture antibody, biotinylated detection antibody, recombinant porcine IL-4 standard, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, TMB substrate, and all required buffers. Each kit supports up to 10 plates in this configuration.

Quantification uses an absorbance-based readout on a standard plate reader. The standard curve covers a detection range of 15.6 to 1000 pg/mL, with sensitivity below 10 pg/mL, and requires a 100 uL sample volume per well. IL-4 is a Th2-associated cytokine relevant to porcine models of parasitic infection, respiratory disease, and vaccine immunology.

Components should be refrigerated upon receipt, and reconstituted standards aliquoted and frozen at -20°C for long-term storage. All reagents are intended for research use only and for in vitro applications.
