Porcine IL-23 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this sandwich (double antibody) ELISA is designed for the quantitative measurement of porcine interleukin-23 across serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, supporting immunological research workflows.

The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate. Samples and standards are added to the wells, followed by a biotinylated detection antibody and HRP-conjugated streptavidin. A TMB substrate produces a colorimetric reaction that is read at 450 nm after addition of the stop solution. Reported sensitivity is 46.875 pg/mL with a standard range of 78.125-5000 pg/mL. Reagents are stored at 2-8°C for up to 12 months, and the kit includes a validated Bradford Reagent for total protein normalisation.

Interleukin-23 is a cytokine involved in regulating immune responses, with a particular role in inflammatory diseases such as inflammatory bowel disease, psoriasis, and rheumatoid arthritis. The kit is intended for research use only.
