Porcine IL-17a ELISA Kit (PREB0030)

A sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie designed for the detection of porcine Interleukin-17A (IL-17A). The assay is specific for natural and recombinant pig Interleukin-17A and is reactive with pig samples. It is intended for research use only within the immunology research area, where IL-17A is studied as a pro-inflammatory cytokine that acts as a ligand for IL17RA and IL17RC and is involved in inducing stromal cells to produce proinflammatory and hematopoietic cytokines.

The kit is validated for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. Reported performance figures include a detection range of 31.2-2000pg/ml and a sensitivity of 9.1pg/ml.
