Quantitative immunoassay from Assay Genie for measuring porcine interleukin-15 (IL-15), a 14–15 kDa immunoregulatory cytokine that supports NK cell development, CD8+ memory T-cell maintenance, and intraepithelial lymphocyte homeostasis in swine. The Porcine IL-15 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit is configured as a 96-assay two-antibody ELISA intended for research use only, with standards and pre-coated plate components supplied in individual vials for batch processing of cell culture supernatant, plasma, or serum samples.

IL-15 signaling in pigs is a focus area for translational immunology, particularly xenotransplantation research using porcine donors, comparative vaccine adjuvant studies, and characterization of immune responses to swine pathogens such as PRRSV, porcine circovirus, and African swine fever virus.
