Cytokine levels are interpolated across a standard curve spanning 15.6 to 1000 pg/mL, accommodating both low-abundance cell culture supernatant samples and higher-titer clinical specimens. The biotin–streptavidin amplification system combined with TMB chromogen delivers reproducible quantification with intra-assay precision under 10% CV.

Each kit ships with pre-coated microplate strips, lyophilized recombinant porcine IL-1β standards, biotinylated detection reagent, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, concentrated wash buffer, TMB substrate, and stop solution.
