Porcine IGFBP-1 ELISA Kit

Reported linearity for serum runs 86-104%, 85-104% and 86-102% at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions; EDTA plasma shows 86-98%, 81-98% and 82-96%; and heparin plasma gives 83-97%, 81-99% and 80-95%. Recovery spans 87-105% (average 91%) in serum, 81-97% (average 94%) in EDTA plasma, and 85-105% (average 92%) in heparin plasma. The procedure follows a six-step sandwich workflow: primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labelled detection antibody incubation for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin binding for 30 minutes, TMB substrate development in the dark for 10-20 minutes, and absorbance reading at 450 nm.
