Porcine IGF-II/Insulin-like growth factor II ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie provides quantitative measurement of porcine IGF-II (Insulin-like Growth Factor II) in serum, plasma and other biological fluids using a colorimetric detection method. The assay uses a double-antibody sandwich format in which a capture antibody is pre-coated onto the plate and a biotinylated antibody serves as the detection reagent. HRP-Streptavidin and a TMB substrate are added sequentially, producing a colour change that is read at 450 nm in a microplate reader, with target concentration calculated from a standard curve.

The working range of the assay is 0.625-40ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.375ng/mL. Samples such as serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell lysates and tissue homogenates can be processed following the standard preparation procedures described in the manual. The kit is reactive with porcine samples and is intended for research use only.
