Porcine IFN-beta PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS1576)

Assay Genie's Sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative detection of porcine interferon beta (IFN-beta). The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and is reactive with porcine (pig) samples. The target protein is also referenced under the gene names IFNB, IFNB1, INTERFERON-BETA-1, INTERFERON-BETA, and POIFN-BETA, with the associated UniProt entry Q29412, and is also known as Interferon beta or Interferon beta-1.

Suitable for use with serum, plasma, and lysate samples, the kit operates over a quantitative range of 2 pg/ml - 400 pg/ml with a sensitivity of 2 pg/ml and a recommended 2-fold dilution. For storage, the entire kit may be kept at -20°C for up to 1 year from the date of shipment, at 4°C for up to 6 months, or at -80°C for extended storage, while avoiding repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
