Porcine HGF (Hepatocyte Growth Factor) ELISA Kit

The colorimetric read-out supports research into HGF's role in tissue regeneration, wound healing and organ development, including its central function in liver regeneration, and into the wider relevance of HGF as a biomarker in conditions such as liver fibrosis, cancer and cardiovascular disease.

Performance specifications include a sensitivity of 28.125 pg/mL and a working assay range of 46.875-3000 pg/mL. The kit is compatible with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid sample types. In spiked recovery testing, average recovery is reported as 95% for serum (individual range 88-103%), 95% for EDTA plasma (85-105%) and 96% for heparin plasma (89-105%); serial-dilution linearity across these matrices falls between 81% and 100% depending on the dilution factor. Reagents are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months and absorbance is read at 450 nm following TMB substrate development.
