Porcine Granzyme M (GZMM) ELISA Kit

Granzyme M is a chymotrypsin-like serine protease secreted by natural killer cells and cytotoxic T lymphocytes, and its quantitative measurement in porcine matrices is enabled by an Assay Genie ELISA Kit. The protease contributes to innate cytotoxic responses by activating pro-caspases through perforin-dependent and perforin-independent pathways, distinguishing it from granzyme B-mediated apoptosis.

This research-use-only kit supports swine-based investigations in vaccine development, infectious disease models, organ transplantation, and comparative immunology. It is validated specifically for porcine reactivity and intended for laboratory research.

The kit format includes a pre-coated microplate, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, calibrated protein standards, wash buffer, and substrate reagent sufficient for 96 individual determinations.
