Porcine Galectin-1 (LGALS1) ELISA Kit

Galectin-1 (LGALS1) is a 14.5 kDa beta-galactoside-binding lectin implicated in cell adhesion, immune modulation, angiogenesis, and tumor-microenvironment signaling.

This Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie quantifies porcine LGALS1 in serum and plasma using a 96-well microplate pre-coated with capture antibody, with colorimetric readout at 450 nm following TMB substrate addition.

The protocol accommodates 40-50 µL of sample per well, with a typical run time of 3-4 hours at room temperature.
