Porcine FGF21 ELISA Kit

Recovery averages are 94% for serum, 94% for EDTA plasma, and 93% for heparin plasma. The procedure involves primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, detection antibody binding for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin binding for 30 minutes, TMB substrate color development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and absorbance reading at 450 nm.
