Porcine FGF 23/Fibroblast Growth Factor 23 ELISA Kit

Reported performance characteristics include a sensitivity of 37.5 pg/mL and a working range of 62.5-4000 pg/mL. Linearity in serum (n=5) spans 92-103% at 1:2, 88-97% at 1:4, and 90-103% at 1:8; EDTA plasma (n=5) shows 89-99%, 89-100%, and 83-101%; heparin plasma (n=5) shows 82-97%, 86-100%, and 81-91%. Recovery averages are 97% for serum (range 87-105%), 96% for EDTA plasma (range 89-101%), and 97% for heparin plasma (range 87-105%). Absorbance is read at 450 nm after TMB color development.
