Porcine Fas Ligand DIY ELISA Kit

The Porcine Fas Ligand DIY ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is supplied as a flexible reagent set for assaying up to 10 plates. Researchers coat their own microplates with the provided capture antibody, allowing plate layout and well density to be tailored to each experiment. The kit includes titrated capture and detection antibodies, recombinant porcine FasL standard, and all necessary buffers, substrates, and plate sealing film.

This kit enables quantification of soluble FasL in samples including cell culture supernatant and tissue homogenate, supporting research in apoptosis, immune regulation, and transplantation biology in swine models.
