Porcine eNOS/Nitric oxide synthase, endothelial ELISA Kit

A colorimetric sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie for the quantitative detection of endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) in porcine samples. The double-antibody format achieves a sensitivity of 7.5 pg/mL with a working range of 12.5–800 pg/mL, and is validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Reagents are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.
