Porcine Cyclin-dependent kinase 4 (CDK4) ELISA Kit

CDK4 (Cyclin-dependent kinase 4) is a serine/threonine kinase that governs the G1/S transition of the cell cycle. This Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie uses colorimetric detection and is supplied as a 96-well microplate, allowing quantitative measurement of porcine CDK4 in serum and plasma samples.

Workflow: a capture antibody pre-coated on the plate binds CDK4 in the sample, followed by a biotinylated detection antibody and streptavidin-HRP conjugate. TMB substrate is added and absorbance is read at 450 nm; total assay time is approximately 3-4 hours.

Typical standard curve range is 0.156-10 ng/mL, with sensitivity in the low pg/mL range to support detection of endogenous CDK4 in swine specimens. Specificity has been validated against porcine CDK4 with minimal cross-reactivity to related cyclin-dependent kinases.

Storage: keep kit components at 2-8°C; protect from light and avoid freeze-thaw cycles of standards and detection antibody. Reconstituted reagents should be kept refrigerated. Each kit provides enough reagents for 96 assays on a single microplate. For research use only.
