Porcine cTn-I/TNNI3/cardiac Troponin I ELISA Kit

Designed by Assay Genie for the accurate quantification of porcine cardiac troponin I (cTn-I/TNNI3), this Sandwich ELISA is a colorimetric, double-antibody assay developed for research into cardiac muscle damage. Cardiac troponin I is widely recognised as a crucial biomarker for assessing cardiac injury and is commonly used in the study, diagnosis, and monitoring of acute myocardial infarction.

The assay is validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, with a reported sensitivity of 18.75 pg/mL and a working range of 31.25-2000 pg/mL. Reagents are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months. Spike-and-recovery performance is documented for serum (range 92-104%, average 94%), EDTA plasma (range 85-99%, average 94%), and heparin plasma (range 86-99%, average 95%). Linearity is reported across 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma (n=5 in each matrix).
