Porcine Clusterin ELISA Kit

Sandwich ELISA, Double Antibody format from Assay Genie, designed for the precise measurement of clusterin in porcine samples. The kit accepts serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, with a colorimetric readout.

Sensitivity is reported at 1.875 ng/mL across an assay range of 3.125–200 ng/mL. Unopened kits are stored at 2–8°C for up to 12 months. Linearity in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma falls within 82–105% across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions, while recovery averages 94–96% across the three matrices.

Clusterin is a multifunctional protein with roles in apoptosis, lipid transport and tissue remodeling, and its dysregulation has been linked to Alzheimer's disease, cancer and cardiovascular disorders, making it a useful biomarker for studying these conditions.
