Porcine CD40L/TNFSF5 ELISA Kit

CD40L/TNFSF5 is a protein involved in immune responses and inflammation, with relevance to autoimmune diseases, infectious diseases, and inflammatory disorders. The assay procedure uses sequential incubations: primary antigen binding at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labeled detection antibody for 60 minutes, HRP-streptavidin for 30 minutes, TMB color development for 10-20 minutes in the dark, and absorbance reading at 450 nm after stop solution addition.
