The Porcine CCL11 DIY ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is built around the DIY (Do-It-Yourself) plate-coating format, giving researchers full control over plate preparation while leveraging a quantitative absorbance readout for the swine chemokine CCL11 (also known as Eotaxin), a key eosinophil-recruiting chemokine implicated in allergic airway inflammation, parasite clearance, and mucosal immune responses in pigs.

Researchers supply their own flat-bottom microplate, which is coated overnight with the supplied anti-porcine CCL11 capture antibody, then blocked and used with the kit's biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, TMB substrate, and stop solution.

All kit reagents should be kept refrigerated upon arrival; reconstituted standards and detection antibody aliquots should be held frozen below -20 degrees C and protected from repeated freeze-thaw cycles. The porcine-specific antibody pair shows no significant cross-reactivity with related swine chemokines under validated conditions.
