Porcine Angiopoietin 2/ANG2 ELISA Kit

Quantitative measurement of porcine angiopoietin-2 (ANG2) in serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants is supported by this colorimetric sandwich immunoassay from Assay Genie. Angiopoietin-2 is a key vascular destabilization factor secreted by activated endothelial cells, and circulating levels are routinely tracked in swine models of angiogenesis, tumor vascular remodeling, sepsis-related vascular leakage, and inflammatory tissue injury. The 96 Assays kit ships with pre-coated 96-well microplate strips, lyophilized porcine ANG2 standards, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, concentrated wash buffer, TMB substrate solution, and stop reagent. The capture antibody is specific for porcine angiopoietin-2 with no significant cross-reactivity observed against ANG1 or related Tie2 ligands under standard assay conditions.
