Porcine Angiopoietin-1 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS1567)

Quantitative measurement of Angiopoietin-1 (Ang-1), a 498-residue secreted glycoprotein ligand of the endothelial Tie2 receptor that drives blood vessel maturation, capillary stabilization, and angiogenic remodeling, in porcine research specimens.

The PharmaGenie ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is supplied as a complete reagent set for in vitro research applications, with all components needed to process a 96-assay microplate run. Each kit box contains a pre-coated capture plate, recombinant Ang-1 calibrator, biotinylated detection reagent, streptavidin-enzyme conjugate, wash concentrate, chromogenic substrate, and stop solution, along with adhesive plate seals and a printed protocol.

The assay accommodates clarified cell culture supernatant and clotted or anticoagulated whole-blood fractions, including citrated plasma, EDTA plasma, and serum collected from swine models used in cardiovascular, wound healing, reproductive, and inflammation research.

Reconstituted standards should be aliquoted into single-use vials and kept frozen to limit repeated freeze-thaw cycles, and unopened components should be refrigerated and protected from light until the printed kit expiration date. A standard absorbance plate reader is required to capture the chromogenic endpoint, and a four- or five-parameter logistic standard curve fit is typically applied to interpolate unknown sample concentrations. The kit is intended for research use only and is not validated for clinical diagnostics.
