PKD2 (Phospho-Ser876)Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

This cell-based ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the qualitative detection of PKD2 phosphorylated at Ser876 in cultured cells, using an indirect ELISA format with HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies and a colorimetric readout at 450 nm. The assay is lysate-free and configured for use with 96-well microplates.

Validated for Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, the kit reports a dynamic range of > 5000 Cells. Normalisation is supported by an included anti-GAPDH monoclonal antibody as an internal positive control, while Crystal Violet whole-cell staining allows cell density to be measured so absorbance values can be corrected for plating differences.
