PKC delta (Phospho-Tyr64)Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

A Cell-Based ELISA from Assay Genie, designed for the sensitive and qualitative detection of phosphorylated PKC delta at tyrosine 64 in cultured cells. The kit uses an indirect ELISA format: a phospho-specific primary antibody captures PKC delta (Phospho-Tyr64), while an HRP-conjugated secondary antibody enables colorimetric detection measured at 450 nm. It is intended for measuring relative phosphorylation levels in cells and for screening the effects of treatments, inhibitors such as siRNA or chemicals, or activators on PKC delta (PRKCD) phosphorylation.

The assay is lysate-free and configured for high throughput use, with a stated dynamic range of > 5000 Cells and reactivity listed for human, mouse, and rat samples. A monoclonal anti-GAPDH antibody is included as an internal positive control for normalizing target absorbance, and a Crystal Violet whole-cell staining step is provided to determine cell density, allowing absorbance values to be normalized to cell number.
