PKC delta Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

Assay Genie provides a cell-based ELISA kit for the measurement of PKC delta (Protein kinase C delta type) in cell lysates and tissue homogenates. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method at 450 nm and is validated for human, mouse, and rat reactivity with adherent cells, offering a dynamic range of > 5000 Cells.

The kit delivers qualitative determination of PKC delta protein expression in cultured cells through an indirect ELISA format, in which target-specific primary antibodies are detected by HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies that catalyse a colorimetric reaction upon substrate addition. A monoclonal anti-GAPDH antibody is included as an internal positive control, and a Crystal Violet whole-cell staining method can be used to normalise absorbance values to cell density, allowing the kit to be applied to screen the effects of treatments, inhibitors, or activators. The product is supplied in a 96-well microplate format with a stated storage stability of 4°C for 6 months.
