PIP5K Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this colorimetric cell-based ELISA kit is designed to detect PIP5K protein expression in cultured cells using an indirect ELISA format. The assay is reactive with Human and Mouse samples and is intended for use with adherent cells. A dynamic range of > 5000 Cells is supported, with detection carried out at 450 nm.
