PI3-kinase p85-alpha/gamma Colorimetric Cell-Based ELISA Kit

This colorimetric cell-based ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed to detect PI3-kinase p85-alpha/gamma protein in cells via an indirect ELISA format using HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies and a colorimetric reaction measured at 450 nm. The assay is described as lysate-free, high throughput and sensitive, and is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The kit supports qualitative determination of relative PI3-kinase p85-alpha/gamma levels in cultured adherent cells, enabling measurement of protein expression profiles and evaluation of treatments, inhibitors (such as siRNA or chemicals), or activators.
